Why Pushups?
Each Push Up burns 4 calories. This means doing a total of 50 push ups a day will burn 200 calories (this way you can burn off that extra midnight snack you always eat!) Push ups excercise upper body muscles, including the pectorals, biceps, triceps, delts and core.
